Do not access or use the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application if you are unwilling or unable to be bound by these Learnlanguages.store Terms.

We reserve the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of this Site at any time or for any reason at our sole discretion without prior notice. Definitions

The term/words “Courses/modules” means Textual and graphical aid(s) to learning Items Purchased: All non-courses that are available for purchase Course Provider: A third-party provider of the course material. The word Materials means Courses provided by authors (“Third Party Providers“). The word Members(s) mean Registered Users on the website. The word Website means Learnlanguages.store accessed by using https://app.Learnlanguages.store / https://Learnlanguages.store

“Applications” means the applications for mobile, tablet, and other smart devices and application program interfaces provided by Learnlanguages.store, including but not limited to the mobile applications entitled as “Learnlanguages.store“.

“Learnlanguages.store“, “we“, “us“, or “our” means (i) Learnlanguages.store, with respect to Members that access and use of the Learnlanguages.store Service;

“Learnlanguages.store Content” means any content that Learnlanguages.store creates and makes available in connection with the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , including proprietary Learnlanguages.store content and any content licensed or authorized for use by or through Learnlanguages.store from a third party, but excluding Member Content.

“Learnlanguages.store Product” means the Application(s) of “Learnlanguages.store“, the Site “www.Learnlanguages.store” and any website operated by Learnlanguages.store

“Member Content” means all content, such as text, photos, audio, video, or other materials and information, that a Member posts, uploads, publishes, submits, transmits, includes in their Member profile.

“Sites” means Learnlanguages.store’s websites, including but not limited to www.Learnlanguages.store

“Student” means a Member that purchases Teacher Services.

“Teacher” means a Member that offers and delivers Teacher Services.

“Teacher Services” means all services delivered by Teachers as described in the Teacher Policy, including but not limited to paid lessons, packages and other services rendered where Learnlanguages.store Credits (as defined in Payment Policy) are exchanged.

Learnlanguages.store Services

Learnlanguages.store’s services includes:

Connection Services. Learnlanguages.store provides Members with access to and use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , which is an online venue where (a) Members can upload, submit, store, send and receive content related to language learning; (b) Members can conduct searches, connect with, choose, and engage each other for the purposes of language learning and instant language practice; (c) Students can conduct searches, connect with, choose, and engage Teachers directly for language instruction and Teacher Services; (d) Teachers can advertise their capabilities, respond to inquiries, connect with and engage Students to provide them with their Teacher Services (collectively, “Connection Services“). For the avoidance of doubt, in providing the Connection Services, Learnlanguages.store only provides the venue for Members, including Students and Teachers, to find and contract with each other, and Learnlanguages.store does not take part in direct interactions between Members.
Payment Services. For Students and Teachers, Learnlanguages.store also provides certain payment processing services, credit purchase and payment tools, dispute resolution procedures and assistance, and other services in accordance with Learnlanguages.store’s Payment Policy (collectively, “Payment Services“). Payment Services do not include Connection Services.
Business Services. If a Member is a Company, such Member may authorize additional individuals and/or their employees (the “Employees“) to use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , including but not limited to the Connection Services and Payment Services. The Company may (i) track Employees’ completed lessons, (ii) add or remove any Employees from access to or the use of Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , (iii) control, refill or shift their Learnlanguages.store credits balances within such Company’s Learnlanguages.store Account (as defined below). The Company may also review the Employees’ language learning performance report through its Learnlanguages.store Account. For the avoidance of doubt, an Employee shall be considered as a “Student“.

Teacher Services

Teachers may provide certain Teacher Services through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application . If you are accepted to be a Teacher, you agree to Learnlanguages.store’s Teacher Policy. All Members hereby acknowledge that the Teacher Services are solely provided by Teachers and are not provided by Learnlanguages.store. Learnlanguages.store’s responsibility with respect to Teacher Services is limited to facilitating the availability of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application .

A. General Conditions

1. Account Registration

Your Learnlanguages.store Account is for personal, non-commercial use only, provided that, if you are creating an Learnlanguages.store Account on behalf of a Company, you may authorize their Employees to use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application . To create an Learnlanguages.store Account, you must be eligible to use the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application for which you are registering, be a resident of a country where use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application is permitted, have a valid email address, have a valid mobile phone number (if applicable) and provide truthful and accurate information. You may not impersonate someone else, provide an email address or mobile phone number other than your own or create multiple Learnlanguages.store Accounts. You may choose to show a pseudonym to other Members, but please remember that others may still be able to identify you if, for example, you include identifying information during your use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , use the same Learnlanguages.store Account information on other sites or allow other sites to share information about you with us. Please read our Privacy Policy for more information.

In addition, to create an Learnlanguages.store Account, Learnlanguages.store may require you to select a username and password. You acknowledge that you shall be responsible for ensuring that any username you select does not infringe any third-party rights and is not otherwise unlawful. Learnlanguages.store may refuse to grant you a username in Learnlanguages.store’s sole discretion for any reason including if the proposed username impersonates or misleadingly implies an association with the persona of another person or entity, is or may be illegal, is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights, is vulgar or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion, or for any other reason as determined by Learnlanguages.store in Learnlanguages.store’s sole discretion. Your selection and use of a specific username do not convey any ownership or rights in that username and Learnlanguages.store reserves the right to revoke and/or reassign that username in Learnlanguages.store’s sole discretion. You understand and agree that Learnlanguages.store reserves the right to change, remove, alter or delete any username, with or without prior notice to you, at any time and for any reason in Learnlanguages.store’s sole discretion.

YOU ARE ENTIRELY RESPONSIBLE FOR MAINTAINING THE CONFIDENTIALITY OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD AND ALL ACCESS TO AND USE OF YOUR Learnlanguages.store ACCOUNT, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL ACTIVITIES (INCLUDING USE OF THE Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , AS APPLICABLE) THAT ARE CONDUCTED THROUGH THE USE OF YOUR USERNAME AND PASSWORD WHETHER OR NOT AUTHORIZED BY YOU. YOUR Learnlanguages.store ACCOUNT MAY BE SUSPENDED OR TERMINATED IF SOMEONE ELSE USES YOUR Learnlanguages.store ACCOUNT TO ENGAGE IN ACTIVITY THAT VIOLATES THESE Learnlanguages.store TERMS.

You agree to notify Learnlanguages.store immediately of any unauthorized use of your Learnlanguages.store Account. We reserve the right to close your Learnlanguages.store Account at any time if you violate these Learnlanguages.store Terms or if we otherwise have a legitimate interest to do so, such as complying with a legal or regulatory obligation.

2. Third-Party Account

“Teacher” means a Member that offers and delivers Teacher Services.

3. Link your Learnlanguages.store Account with Third-Party Account

As part of the functionality of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , you may link your Learnlanguages.store Account with Third-Party Accounts, by either: (i) providing your Third-Party Account login information to Learnlanguages.store through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ; or (ii) allowing Learnlanguages.store to access your Third-Party Account, as permitted under the applicable terms and conditions that govern your use of such Third-Party Account. You represent that you are entitled to disclose your Third-Party Account login information to Learnlanguages.store and/or grant Learnlanguages.store access to your Third-Party Account (including, but not limited to, for use by Learnlanguages.store for the purposes described herein), without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account and without obligating Learnlanguages.store to pay any fees or making Learnlanguages.store subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third-party service providers. By granting Learnlanguages.store access to any Third-Party Accounts, you understand that Learnlanguages.store will access, make available and store (if applicable) any content that you have provided to and stored in your Third-Party Account (“SNS Content“) so that it is available on and through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application via your Learnlanguages.store Account and Learnlanguages.store Account profile page. Unless otherwise specified in these Learnlanguages.store Terms, all SNS Content, if any, will be considered to be Member Content for all purposes of these Learnlanguages.store Terms.

If you choose to link Third-Party Accounts with your Learnlanguages.store Account, subject to the privacy settings that you have selected at such Third-Party Accounts, some of the information that you provided to us from the linking of your Third-Party Accounts might be available on and through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application via your Learnlanguages.store Account and Learnlanguages.store Account profile page. You have the ability to disable the connection between your Learnlanguages.store Account and your Third-Party Accounts at any time by accessing the “Settings” section of the Sites or Applications. If you disable the connection between your Learnlanguages.store Account and your Third Party Accounts, then SNS Content from that Third Party Account will no longer be available on and through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , and you will no longer be able to access your Learnlanguages.store Account through such Third Party Account.

PLEASE NOTE THAT YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH THE THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS IS GOVERNED SOLELY BY YOUR AGREEMENT(S) WITH SUCH THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDERS. Learnlanguages.store makes no effort to review any SNS Content for any purpose, including but not limited to for accuracy, legality or non-infringement and Learnlanguages.store is not responsible for any SNS Content.

Your Learnlanguages.store Account and your Learnlanguages.store Account profile page will be created for your use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application based upon the information you provide to us or that we obtain through a Third-Party Account that you link with your Learnlanguages.store Account as described above.

4. Link to a Company

If you are an Employee of a Company, during the registration process, you may identify a Company with whom your profile and Learnlanguages.store Account is associated. Alternately, your individual profile may have been created by an authorized representative of the Company, and your profile and Learnlanguages.store Account will be associated with such Company. If your Learnlanguages.store Credits, Teacher Services and Payment Services are provided or scheduled by a Company, you may lose access to such Learnlanguages.store Credits, Teacher Services and Payment Services upon termination or change in status of your relationship with such Company. If you are an authorized representative of an entity receiving the Services, you hereby warrant and represent to us that (a) you have the proper authority to create, terminate and maintain the company account and to add and remove individual members to and from the account and (b) you have obtained all necessary consent from any applicable individuals for the creation of their accounts and the processing of individual information. You agree to indemnify us for any loss we may suffer as a result of any breach of these warranties and representations.

B. Other Conditions

1. Learnlanguages.store classes are delivered online through Zoom, Jitsi, Big blue button, or google meets with a ‘live’ teacher (not pre-recorded videos). Learnlanguages.store courses and classes are delivered as a group or private classes. All information, documents, products, software, and services (the “Materials”) provided on this Website were provided by their respective authors (the “Third Party Providers”) and are the copyrighted work of the website, and/or the Third-Party Providers. Except as stated herein, none of the Materials may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or republished in any form or by any means, including, but not limited to, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise, without the prior express written permission of the website, or the Third Party Provider. No part of the Website, including logos, graphics, or images, may be reproduced or retransmitted in any way, or by any means. You also may not, without the prior express written permission from the website, “mirror” any Material contained on this Website on any other server. Nothing on this Website shall be construed as conferring any license or permission under any of the website’s or any Third Party Provider’s intellectual property rights, whether by implication, or otherwise. 3. Prerequisites to take our online classes: a computer, an internet connection (broadband or a good/stable Wi-Fi), a microphone, a speaker, and a web camera). Members are required to have an installed working version of Adobe Acrobat Reader version 5 or above and appropriate software, as indicated for the course. Members are required to have an installed working copy of Safari web browser by Apple or Mozilla Firefox or Microsoft Internet Explorer version 4 or Google Chrome. The web pages are not guaranteed to display in any other format.

4. Each member of the website is granted a unique user ID and password which is used to gain access to the materials therein. Under NO circumstances registered users share or distribute their user IDs or passwords to third parties. Any breach of this term will result in the immediate suspension of the account and no refund will take place. Members with printable rights are granted permission to produce a single (one) hard copy of each training course for their own use only. Members without printable rights, duplicate or reprint the courseware contained within. Under NO circumstances members shall distribute the courseware contained within this site. Each course is individually licensed and any member found in breach of this term shall have their account suspended immediately.

Authorize any third party to use Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application s, including but not limited to Teacher Services, through your Learnlanguages.store Account, or schedule any Teacher Services on behalf of any individuals other than yourself, except that the Company authorizes its Employee to use Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application s, and schedule the Teacher Services on behalf of its Employees;
Schedule and/or provide for any Teacher Service outside of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ;

The restrictions above only apply to the extent permissible under applicable law. Nevertheless, you agree not to act contrary to these restrictions (even if permissible under applicable law). Moreover, Learnlanguages.store reserves the right to determine what conduct Learnlanguages.store considers to be in violation of these Learnlanguages.store Terms or otherwise outside the intent or spirit of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application . Enforcement of Learnlanguages.store Terms of Service

We may suspend or cancel your Learnlanguages.store Account if we believe that you have violated or acted in a manner that is inconsistently with the letter or the spirit of these Learnlanguages.store Terms, or violated our rights or those of a third-party in connection with your use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application . This includes usage of any associated Payment Services. Learnlanguages.store reserves the right to terminate any Member or project for any reason, at its sole discretion and to refuse to provide registration and membership to you in the future. If your membership is canceled, you may no longer have access to data, messages, files and other material you store at the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application .

Payment

1. ALL classes must be PRE-PAID through the below-mentioned mode of payment.

2. We can only deliver classes after we have received Proof of Payment.

3. We accept the following modes of payment: PhonePe, Paytm, Google pay, Bank Transfer, Credit Card, Debit Card, Western Union, and ATM transfer (for customers in Singapore, China, Hong Kong, and Japan).

4. We can send you our Payment details after you inform us of (a) the package that you wish to purchase, and (b) your preferred payment option.

5. For every payment, send the Proof of Payment to (a) Learnlanguages.store Team through mails only.

Teacher/ Trainer/ Coaching Institute

1. You are assigned one or more teachers who will work closely with you throughout the program. If for any valid reason you are not satisfied with a teacher, let us know and we will assign another one to you OR transfer you in any of our other ongoing batches

2. If you are a tutor, teacher, lecturer, instructor or coaching institution (“Learnlanguages.store Professional”) Learnlanguages.store requires you to register on our Website by providing your name, email ID, personal phone number, password, location and gender. The Website also prompts you to share a photograph that may help better identify you amongst the prospective customers and which you may share at your own discretion. Such information is published on the Website as a part of the ‘search’ results of the search functionality developed by us. If you are a prospective customer looking to get connected with Learnlanguages.store professionals, our Website collects your name, email ID, personal phone number, details of personal interest, and location. Such information is shared on a limited basis by us with Learnlanguages.store Professionals in order to facilitate the faster connection between the parties. Further, in order to consummate certain transactions, our website may also require you to submit your credit/debit card and/or bank account details through a secure Third Party Payment Gateway provider. We may collect your bank details in certain circumstances, where money needs to be transferred to you via NEFT to your bank account. Such information is kept strictly confidential. Learnlanguages.store also collects your other personal details including but not limited to your feedback, suggestions, views, comments, etc. that may be shared/volunteered by you on our discussion forums or other pages which you may access or visit on our Website. Such information being in the public domain is available for access for all our Website’s users and visitors. For Learnlanguages.store to recognize you as a registered member, you must log in with your email and password. At the time of login, you will have the option to instruct the Website to remember you so when you come back the next time to use the Website, you do not have to remember your email and password. Your email and password are never shared by Learnlanguages.store with anybody within or outside of Learnlanguages.store.

All other information exchanged by you with Learnlanguages.store in the form of written communication, responses to emails, feedback required from you, participation in discussions, etc. shall be deemed to be confidential and shall be owned by Learnlanguages.store and shall be available for the exclusive use of Learnlanguages.store. Our Website does not collect information about you unless you specifically and knowingly provide it. Learnlanguages.store DOES NOT trade or sell your information in any manner, except as specified herein, or if express consent is sought from you.

3. If the assigned teacher cannot teach a scheduled class, we will assign a replacement teacher (if available) and the class will not be canceled. However, if you prefer to reschedule the class with the assigned teacher, you can discuss with the teacher and agree on a day/time that is possible for each of you.

4. The teacher will teach and assist with homework and classwork during class time only.

Break

1. The teacher is entitled to a short break after every 55 min of class.

2. Break times are as follows: 1h class: 5 min | 1.5h class: 5 min | 2h class: 10 min | 3h class: 15 min

Booking and Confirmation of classes

1. We only accept bookings for pre-paid classes.

2. Our teachers will only teach pre-paid classes that have been booked in advance.

3. We consider a class booked after the student and the teacher has agreed on the class days/time.

4. To book classes, inform Learnlanguages.store Team your preferred days/times, giving maximum options regarding your availability.

5. In the case of private training, you are not required to book classes for ALL paid hours at once; you can do it in stages keeping in mind the Use-by date for the package you have purchased.

6. Book classes for days/time you can commit to avoiding any deduction from your total paid hours in case of any schedule change.

7. For classes paid but not yet booked, we cannot guarantee the same teacher/schedule for future classes.

8. To keep the same teacher/schedule for the NEXT batch of classes, pre-pay for it as soon as possible so that the teacher can book the slots for you.

Change in Schedule (Cancellation/Rescheduling/Postponement)

1. You can only cancel/reschedule/postpone 10% of your total number of hours without any deduction from your total paid hours only if you give Learnlanguages.store a minimum 48-hour notice.

2. If you reschedule/cancel/postpone with less than 24-hour notice, the class will not be considered canceled.

3. To cancel/reschedule/postpone a class, the students or Parents (for Kids/School students) must inform the Learnlanguages.store Team a week before the date of cancelation.

4. The date/time of the rescheduled class must be agreed upon by both Teacher & Student in coordination with the Learnlanguages.store Team.

5. If the Teacher cancels/reschedules/postpones a class with less than 36-hour notice, you will be entitled to cancel/reschedule/postpone a future class without any deduction from your total paid hours (on top of the 10% allowed) for the inconvenience caused.

Replacement/Make-up class

1. You are allowed to have a replacement/make-up class for 10% of your booked classes paid only if you inform the Learnlanguages.store Team a week before the date of cancellation or change.

2. The replacement/make-up might be on a different day from the regular class and with a different teacher.

3. We will provide a make-up class if we cancel the class due to any unforeseen situations (power cut, internet connection problem at the teacher’s end, natural disasters, teacher illness, etc).

Absence without notice

1. If you are absent without notice, the class will be considered and no replacement class will be provided to private as well as group classes.

Lateness

1. In the case of group classes the student will not be admitted in after 15 mins of delay.

2. If the Teacher is late for a class, she will owe you the time lost and will make up for it in future classes.

Homework

1. Your teacher will correct any homework assigned to you or done by you during class time itself.

2. If you wish to have your homework corrected outside class time, inform your teacher in the class and check her availability.

3. If you require extra assistance with school homework or explanation for private training, we can only do it during class time. In the case of group classes, any extra assistance will be on an hourly chargeable basis.

Feedback

By sending us any ideas, suggestions, documents or proposals (“Feedback“), you agree that

your Feedback does not contain confidential or proprietary information of third parties,
we are under no obligation of confidentiality, express or implied, with respect to the Feedback,
we may have something similar to the Feedback already under consideration or in development, and
you grant us an irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, modify, prepare derivative works of, publish, distribute and sublicense the Feedback and you irrevocably waive, and cause to be waived, against Learnlanguages.store and other Members any claims and assertions of any moral rights that you may have with respect to such Feedback.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL Learnlanguages.store, OUR LICENSORS OR THE TEACHERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER MEMBER FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES PURSUANT TO THESE Learnlanguages.store TERMS, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW FOR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THIS LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Learnlanguages.store harmless, including against all costs, liabilities and legal fees, from any claim or demand made by any third party arising out of or relating to

your access to or use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ,
your decision to submit postings and accept offers from other Member,
any breach of contract or other claims made by Members with which you conducted business through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ,
your violation of these Learnlanguages.store Terms,
any products or services purchased or obtained by you in connection with the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ,
any liability arising from the tax treatment of payments to Teachers,
(vii) any negligent or intentional wrongdoing committed by you on or through the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application ,
(viii) any infringement by you, or any third party using your Learnlanguages.store Account, of any intellectual property or other right of any person or entity,
your failure to pay or dispute of any fees owed to any Teacher or any other amounts owed to other Members; and/or
your failure to satisfy your obligations as a Teacher or to a Teacher. Learnlanguages.store reserves the right, at your expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter for which you are required to indemnify Learnlanguages.store and you agree to cooperate with Learnlanguages.store’s defense of these claims. You agree not to settle any such matter without the prior written consent of Learnlanguages.store. Learnlanguages.store will use reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claim, action or proceeding upon becoming aware of such claim, action or proceeding.

Use-by date

1. The student will be allowed a batch shift in case of any emergency dropout situation with prior notice of 2 weeks.

2. The student will have to complete his/her classes within 6 months from his/her date of joining.

Entire Agreement

Except as they may be supplemented by additional Learnlanguages.store policies, guidelines, standards, or terms for a specific product, feature, service or offering, these Learnlanguages.store Terms together with the Learnlanguages.store Policies constitute the entire and exclusive understanding and agreement between Learnlanguages.store and you pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all prior oral or written understandings or agreements between Learnlanguages.store and you in relation to your access to and use of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application .

Refund policy

Customer support must receive all requests for refunds, replacements, and adjustments via email or an online request within 7 days after purchase. Refunds, replacements, adjustments will be considered for: Technical problems from the side of the service provider resulting in you not being able to view courseware. This does not include technical problems arising from your computer/software being faulty, not being compatible, etc. Customer support must receive written notification of the problem and be given the opportunity to fix the problem in order for a refund, replacement or adjustment to be considered. Refunds/Replacements/Adjustments will NOT be considered for Slow performance. The course material is designed to perform best with broadband connections. However, we have no control over Internet bandwidth, which can affect performance, causing brief delays in the download speeds for the courses and display of the web pages. Reduction in subscription duration or downgrading of course access. While we are happy to renew subscriptions, we do not offer refunds for accounts that have been partially or not used in any way. We highly recommend that you view the sample courses and view the course outlines (provided in the course list) before placing an order. By doing so, you can make sure that the course that you want to buy meets your expectations. All sales are final.

In case of private training, if you wish to discontinue classes anytime within the Use-by date, we shall refund 70% of the remaining value of your Tuition Fees within 45 days, after adjustment based on hours consumed and prevailing rates at the time of billing. In the case of group classes, once the fees are paid and classes are started, there will be no refund / no transfer. We shall also deduct transfer charges incurred (if any) to send you back the fund.

Relationship

The Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application is an online venue for language learning where registered users (“Members“) may use our Connection Services and Payment Services to directly interact with one another. You understand and agree that Learnlanguages.store is not a party to any agreements entered into between Students and Teachers or between Members, nor is Learnlanguages.store a language services broker or agent. Learnlanguages.store has no control over the conduct of Students, Teachers, Members or other users of the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application or over any services provided by Teachers or other Members over the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , and disclaims all liability in this regard to the maximum extent permitted by law.

If you choose to teach on the Learnlanguages.store Website and iOS / Android application , you understand and agree that your relationship with Learnlanguages.store is limited to being a Member and an independent, third-party contractor, and not an employee, agent, joint venturer or partner of Learnlanguages.store for any reason, and you act exclusively on your own behalf and for your own benefit, and not on behalf of or for the benefit of Learnlanguages.store. Learnlanguages.store does not control, and has no right to control, your listing, your activities associated with your profile or listed services, or any other matters related to any services that you provide. Modification
