Eligibility requirements for Common Wealth Scholarship
You must fulfill the following requirements in order to be eligible for the Common Wealth Scholarships:
a citizen or permanent resident of a Commonwealth nation. You may also qualify if you are a refugee or a person with British contact.
a first-year student with an honours degree and at least a 2:1.
A appropriate master’s degree is also necessary for a PhD.
You must demonstrate that you would not be able to afford to study in the UK without the scholarship.
You must first provide a scanned copy of your passport, current university degree certificate, academic transcripts, and two references with your online application; however, if you only have one reference, your acceptance letter will suffice.

The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission gives priority to applicants whose studies are comparably related to the development requirements, notwithstanding the fact that there are no topic constraints.
